Final Paper Submission

Accepted papers for oral presentation at the conference may comprise up to six pages. Authors of accepted posters for presentation during the poster session are provided with the opportunity to publish a short paper (max. four pages) in the conference proceedings.

Final (camera-ready) papers have to be submitted by Monday, 28 February 2011 at the latest. Please note, at least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference by that date. Papers which are received after the deadline or which do not have any registered author at that time will not be included in the proceedings. Furthermore, each submitted paper has to be accompanied by a copyright agreement which has to be signed by the author or an authorised agent for joint authors. Please see below for more details with respect to the copyright agreement.

All submissions must be written in English and should be provided as PDF files with all fonts embedded. Please ensure that submitted PDF files are printable and not protected by a password. Authors are requested to use the IEEE conference proceedings style for the preparation of final (camera ready) papers.

Please send your final paper to submit@fernsehseminar.de and include a short CV of the presenter in your e-mail for introduction by the session chair, if not already done with submission of the extended abstract.

Copyright Form

Each accepted and submitted final paper has to be accompanied by a signed copyright agreement. This agreement is necessary to publish the papers in the conference proceedings and in IEEE Xplore.

Therefore, please download, complete and sign the copyright agreement.

Afterwards, please return it to the conference organsisers. You may either fax the signed form to +49-231-755-3196 or send a scanned version (PDF file) by e-mail to submit@fernsehseminar.de.

Please note, a signed copyright agreement needs to be available with submission of the final (camery-ready) paper.
